About Douglas Davies

Douglas Davies is the CEO of Ford Made in America, a company dedicated to creating and sustaining American jobs. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in a working-class family. After graduating from high school, he attended college at The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Douglas started his career with Ford Motor Company as an intern in 2007 and quickly worked his way up to become the CEO of Ford Made in America. Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow and create more than 5,000 jobs across the United States. He is also passionate about making sure that quality products are built efficiently and sustainably for the American people.

In addition to running Ford Made in America, Douglas also serves on several boards including The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), The Economic Club of Detroit, and The Manufacturing Institute. He is also actively involved with several philanthropic initiatives such as The National Park Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and The Nature Conservancy.
